- Nominal Interest Rate (NIR) is fixed and calculated on annual level, while its value depends on the loan size and ranges from 17,00% to 21,50% as laid out in the table below:

The given Effective Interest Rate (EIR) values were calculated for the maximum loan size and maximum repayment period.
The difference in the calculation of the EIR in the Federation of BiH/Brčko District and the Republic of Srpska, for natural and legal persons, arises from different legal regulations. In addition to the above costs, the calculation of EIR includes the cost of the Bill of Exchange (except for loans up to/and 3,000 BAM with a repayment period of up to/and 12 months, which are approved without a Bill of Exchange), cost of verification of documents and the cost of intercalary interest, if it is calculated. * The calculation of EIR for loans to legal entities in the Federation of BiH/Brčko District of BiH does not include other costs related to loan security instruments, fees for verification of documents and other similar fees. In the calculation of EIR for loans for legal entities in the territory of the Republic of Srpska, other costs include the costs of Bills of Exchange and costs related to loan security instruments, fees for obtaining and verifying documents and other similar fees. |
