During the Jobs and Professions Fair “PosaoFest”, which took place on May 13th and 14th in Sarajevo, MCF EKI received the award of „The Most Wanted Employer“. Web portal posao.ba selected 25 most wanted employers from the different economic sectors on basis of the survey conducted among its users. MCF EKI as one of the most wanted employers in BiH and recipient of the award joined the likes of Microsoft, Coca – Cola, Raiffeisen Bank and Mercator.

Around forty BH companies participated and approximately 15.000 people visited the Fair. Many of them stopped by MCF EKI boot and asked for information about employment in MCF EKI, ways to apply for the vacancy, etc. The organizers managed to bring large number of people from around BiH by organized bus transport.

All in all, “PosaoFest” was a success, it set standards for future events of this kind and obliged us, MCF EKI, to continually invest in our human resources and improve our staff policies, in order to keep the status of the most wanted employer in the future.
